Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 60 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product must not be activated, ie license key must not be used.

 

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, the licence key will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the licence that you purchased. The nature of the licences you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the licences.
